This article presents the results of a poll of voters in Victoria, Australia taken before state elections there which are scheduled for September 18, 1999. Relevant points include the finding that state issues such as health, education, and the economy are more important to voters than of whether the Liberal-National coalition government of Premier Jeff Kennett should be returned to power.
