An interview is conducted with Australian writer Ronald Wilson, author of the book 'Bringing them home' which caused controversy when it was issued in Australia, as it described acts of genocide in the country. The term 'genocide' is one that was particularly contentious and the author regrets the distractions from the real issue it generated.

Growing up in a timber and dairy town south-west of Melbourne, he decided to play golf for a living at 15. His teachers allowed him to miss school on Wednesday afternoons to play golf.
