Belief in universal ethics: gender differences, influence of referent others, and ethical beliefs of business professionals
Article Abstract:
This article examines the differences between male and female business professionals regarding their beliefs about business ethics. The authors, analyzing results from a survey given to both male and female professionals, conclude that very little correlation exists between ethical beliefs and gender.
