Afghanistan in 2003: the Taliban resurface and a new constitution is born
Article Abstract:
The Taliban and other anti-government forces created difficulties to sustain reconstruction work in larger rural areas that resulting in the decline in the security situation in Afghanistan for the year 2003. The AfghanistanEs Constitutional Loya Jigra formulated a new Afghan constitution based on the American latest document to bring security, reconstruction and democracy to its country.

Post-Taliban Afghanistan: changed outlook for women?
Article Abstract:
The control women have over their family, health and fertility, since the fall of Taliban in Afghanistan, is examined. It is seen that women in Afghanistan lack support for the fundamental functions of a human life and their choices and decision-making does not have any importance.

The U.S.-led coalition war on terrorism in Afghanistan at the end of 2001 opened the way for Afghanistan to free itself from the grips of extremism and the scourge of international isolation. The year 2002 marked the beginning of a recovery and healing process.
