Not your grampa's croquet
Article Abstract:
Champion croquet players Jim and Tom Hughes describe croquet as a combination of pool and jousting, with plenty of devious strategy and aggressiveness thrown in between. Although a far cry from the traditional game played with wide wickets and rubber-headed mallets, the Hughes brothers' brand of croquet has won for them several titles, including four of the past five US Croquet Assn Seniors championships.

Squaring the circle: to the dismay of very few, New Jersey is removing its traffic circles and closing an era
Article Abstract:
New Jersey's Department of Transportation is has plans to eliminate the circles patterned after British roundabouts. This will make local commutes eassier, but some oppose the changes for aesthetic reasons.

A 127-foot historically registered yacht, Miss Ann at the Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia is described. Its excursions as cocktail cruises and serving of fish fries for the guests are described.
