Shortcomings to globalization: using internet technology and electronic commerce in developing countries

A study analyzing the advantages of using information and communication technology for eradicating poverty, and giving access to basic healthcare and education in developing countries is presented. A comparative analysis of growth is also presented based on the criterion of Internet usage by the countries.
