It's good to talk before you buy a phone

Article Abstract:

A small business should carefully consider a range of different phone systems before making a final decision. Many different features are available, and it is possible to find a phone to suit any kind of small business. Many small businesses now choose a hands-free phone which offers a high number of instant dial memories. For the phone line, a cable company will probably be cheaper than BT, but it is sometimes possible to cut costs by installing a phone on an existing line.

Pagers become the economic communicators

Article Abstract:

Many of the latest pagers offer a wide range of facilities, and this is reviving demand in this sector. Pagers can be extremely useful communication tools, having a number of advantages over mobile phones. They have not become particularly popular in the UK, even though they were developed there, but there are around 16 million users in the US. Sales are likely to rise as more companies offer personalised services with real people taking messages and passing them on.
