Good communication with the doctors and other health professionals can always help in maintaining a good health care. A good doctor is always able to take the patients concern on memory, depression, sexual function, and incontinence seriously rather than brushing them off as normal part of aging.

The nature of self-directed learning in older rural adults
Article Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to understand the way older, rural adults utilize self-directed learning in the changes of late life. Twenty interviews are conducted for this purpose and it is found that self-directed learning has a positive influence on the life satisfaction of older adults.
