Article Abstract:
The addition of tramadol 37.5 mg/ acetaminophen (APAP) 325 mg combination tablets (tramadol/ APAP) to the existing therapy for painful osteoarthritis (OA) flare is studied for its efficacy and safety. The findings indicate a good tolerance of tramadol/ APAP add-on therapy, which effectively managed the painful OA flare in an elderly subset.
