Spatial correlation and neighborhood quality
Article Abstract:
Inconsistent findings in studies on the relation between house prices and accessibility to the central business district is attributed to the lack ofaccurate methods for measuring the neighborhood and accessibility variable. Oneapproach to measuring these variables is through kriging, in which values of the residuals are plotted on a grid. The structure, quality of the neighborhoodand accessibility are considered the components for estimation.

Neighborhood influence and technological change
Article Abstract:
The influence of farmers' neighbors on the use of new technology is investigated using an estimation model that allows neighbors to interact. Results show that the use of a tool by one farmer will likely influence the use of a neighbor of the sameimplement. Thus, it can be concluded that neighbors significantly influence a person's decision-making regarding technology and ignoring this factor may leadto biases in consumer behavior studies.
