Taiwan's ICP mechanism - a review and a stage approach

A case study of F-16 fighter Coproduction Project is presented to examine the problems of Taiwan's Industrial Cooperation Program (ICP). A four-stage approach for ICP mechanism is proposed to suggest improvements for Stage I and Stage II.
