Technology measurement and the appraisal of information technology
Article Abstract:
An analysis of technology measurement is presented. The analysis focuses on the development of a systematic method for evaluating the worth of technological innovations. In addition, it is assumed that a diverse range of information technologies only complicates management of their acquisition and application. It is shown that the ability to measure technologyenables managers to produce better product evaluations.
