DataPlay has developed a digital video disk format that has the recording and consumer electronics industries very interested. BMG has signed a deal to use these disks as have several other top recording labels. Samsung Electronics is developing, yet to be announced products. The advantage of the disk is the amount of storage it can hold in a space about the size of a quarter.
