Article Abstract:
The American With Disabilities Act (ADA), wherein the fixed-route bus drivers are required to call out for stops at every transfer point to help the disabled people especially the visually impaired is described. According to the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Civil Rights, the bus drivers' fail to do what is required of them, which inconveniences a lot of disabled people.
