More Canadian restaurateurs are buying second-hand equipment for their facilities to cut cost. Buying the newest and best equipment is the way to proceed for restaurateurs with access to vast amounts of capitalization. However, when faced with budgetary contraints, venturing into the world of used equipment is the next best thing. In buying used equipment, however, people should not make compromises and consider the risks involved.
