Personality traits, employee satisfaction and affective commitment

Article Abstract:

Answers from 199 emplyees surveyed in a utility company were analyzed to explore the impacts of personality traits on employee satisfaction. Agrreableness was found to have positive effects on satisfaction, neuroticism negatively affects satisfaction of employees. Implications of satisfaction on the attitude of employees toward the company, particularly on their affective commitment, are examined.

Employee satisfaction: Does Kano's model apply?

Article Abstract:

Kano's model of customer satisfaction is used to better understand one of the critical issues in total quality management, which discusses employeeEs satisfaction. The model distinguishes three categories of factors that have different impacts on the formation of customer satisfaction, basic factors, excitement factors and performance factors of customer satisfaction.
