A study of the motivations for the environmental transformation of companies.

Article Abstract:

The relationship between the environmental motivations or beliefs prevailing in the company and the kind of environmental transformation that company is undertaking are studied. The links between ethical, productive, commercial and relational motivation reveals that each environmental transformation responds to the presence or the predominance of certain motivations or environmental beliefs within the company.

A study of the purchasing management system with respect to total quality management

Article Abstract:

Assurance of sufficient supply of materials is one of the critical factors of total quality management (TQM). The relationship between various purchasing systems and supplier quality assurance practices is analyzed using data acquired from samples of 152 Spanish suppliers.

The different approaches to defining and measuring market orientation and organizational performance are focused. Market orientation and performance are broad concepts whose relationship depends on the specific way in which they are interpreted and empirically studied.
