Mobile phones multiply in Indonesia as staying connected is priority

Article Abstract:

Cellular telephone demand in Indonesia is increasing as more citizens are making use of the units for security purposes. Cash-strapped Excelcomindo, Telkomsel and Satelindo have taken advantage of the demand to service their debts by launching prepaid cards, which eliminate paperwork and subscription delays in service activation for customers. Thus, major equipment manufacturers, except Siemens, are investing more to advertise their products.
