Denmark: Danfoss to give up electronic manufacturing

Article Abstract:

Danfoss, the leading industrial group in Denmark, is to give up its production of electronic components and to sell its factory in Nordborg, Als, to BB Electronics A/S as from 1 April 2002. The factory has produced electronic components to a number of Danfoss divisions and to some external electronic clients. BB Electronics is the leading sub-contractor in Denmark in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).

DENMARK: DANFOSS OFFERS ENERGY-SAVING SOLUTIONS

Article Abstract:

Danfoss Solution, based in Kolding, is to offer companies energy-saving solution, which is an overall solution comprising both energy-saving equipment as well as know-how. According to Danfoss, its solution will bring the investment it takes to a break-even level within a period of two years.
