Determinants of satisfaction in sales negotiations with foreign buyers: perceptions of US export executives

Article Abstract:

A model is developed from the determinants of satisfaction in importer-exporter sales negotiations between the United States and 47 international buyers. The model's antecedents and process variables are delineated and focus on a communications perspective, specifically the impact of conflict and flexibility on satisfaction.
