Fashion group sets guides to rein in ultra-thin models

Article Abstract:

The Council of Fashion Designers of America is issuing recommendations about healthy weight and nutrition for fashion models, following recent similar European initiatives. In Europe, designers are penalized for using ultra thin models, but no such penalties will be imposed in the United States, and the standards will not be binding.
