Free the Heathrow Four

Article Abstract:

Britain and the US have been involved in a dispute about air traffic. The US seeks greater access to Heathrow airport, London, England, and there is a move among lobbyists to close access for British airlines to airports on the US east coast. European countries could negotiate with the US together, in order to set up a free trade zone. Aviation could also be regulated by the World Trade Organization, and this would help persuade the US to grant more concessions in its domestic routes, and move toward multilateralism rather than bilateralism.
