Malcolm Hutton: ERM

Article Abstract:

A strong international presence is a vital tool in being able to respond to the needs of the financial community, according to Malcolm Hutton, managing director of UK operations at environmental consulting firm ERM. The company initially established its reputation on environmental impact assessments, but has also gained experience in the area of certifiable management systems through its certification and verification services unit. Hutton recognizes that ERM will need to respond to growing competition from US companies and consultancies which have developed out of engineering and landscaping concerns.
