Moments of support by a groupware brainstorming tool in handling complex technical policy problems

Article Abstract:

The use of groupware Group Systems V has been discussed as the support tool of choice of some moments in the problem handling process of complex technical policy problems. The groupware was originally developed at the University of Arizona and used at the Delft University of Technology. The groupware was used for real life problem handling and processing of complex technical policy problems. The different roles of the people and staff involved in solving a problem are discussed.
