SOS for seasonal discomfort

Article Abstract:

Majority of the American women suffer from spring marks that are caused by vulvodynia, a condition characterized by burning, itching and extreme tenderness in the vulval area due to the rise in climatic temperature. Seasonal factors such as using cornstarch instead of panty liners, eating summer foods like smoothies instead of shakes and melon instead of berries and going outdoors with kids, all contribute to the reduction of vulvodynia.
