Super Puma Mk 3 launched

Article Abstract:

Eurocopter has released new information related to the development of the Super Puma NG, which industry analysts expect will offer a major challenge to the new Sikorsky S-92 for the civil aviation market. Aberdeen, Scotland-based Bond Helicopters, which already has signed letters of intent to purchase the S-92, will provide a customer evaluation team for the helicopter's design. Eurocopter plans to sell about 200 of its new Super Puma NG, not including a future a military variant of the vehicle.
