Tender slows to a crawl

The auction for third-generation wireless spectrum licenses in Australia has been taking place at a slow pace as new bids for radio frequencies appear to be drying up. One bid from Telstra Corp. has raised the total bids to A$1.17 bil.

France may hold wireless auction after elections

Singapore expected to scrap auction for new licenses
