Viacom: China wants its MTV

Article Abstract:

U.S. media conglomerate Viacom Inc. may buy into an Asian broadcaster to gain a foothold for MTV Networks in the Chinese market. The deal, which may involve Five Star Media Holdings Co. of Hong Kong, will probably be similar to the News Corp. and AOL Time Warner broadcasting agreements in China.
