A classic candy will be tweaked for the U.S.

New owner Just Born Inc. is planning to announce its national distribution of Peanut Chews in April 2004, at the National Association of Convenience Stores annual show in Las Vegas. Just Born, which bought Goldenberg's Peanut Chews, is planning to tweak the 87-year-old dark chocolate to make it a little softer and less sticky.

Knoll Inc., a major commercial-furniture manufacturer based in Montgomery County, America, is trying to gain market share in other areas and overcome lackluster sales. The company filed for an IPO on September 10, 2004 in hopes of the market improving by 5.7% in 2004 and by more than 10% in 2005.
