Building firm capabilities through learning the role of the alliance learning process in alliance capablility and firm-level alliance success

Article Abstract:

Alliance learning processes in businesses were studied in a sample of 175 US firms with annual sales (1998) greater than 100 million dollars. The alliance function influences a firm's alliance success through the alliance learning process. This learning process is conceptualized and its impact on performance evaluated.
