Results discovered show that inimitable and firm specific, rather than borrowed human resources contribute both to learning skills and long-lasting competitive benefits.

Study to determine the relationship between customer-to-supplier knowledge-sharing activities and the network performance of suppliers is presented. In this light, comparison of the performance of Toyota and other U.S automakers, who share the same suppliers is performed.
