There are opportunities to reduce costs and the work force and the company is not likely to lose its leadership of the German telecoms market. There is some concern about the company's high debt level, and the impact of new regulations and more competition. The company has incurred debt from high investment levels and this could mean that it may not have to spend as much as competitors.
