Rep. Davis knocks House Appropriators on ship funding

Article Abstract:

Rep. Jo Ann Davis, (R-Virginia) said that House Appropriations Committee members fail to understand the critical need facing the US Navy to procure sufficient vessels to confront the emerging threats. The Congress' providing funds to build only one submarine per year would result in the US having too few submarines to counter threats such as a fast growing Chinese Navy.
