'Result Fury' successful, DOD says

Article Abstract:

A two-day test of a system, known as Resultant Fury 05, was successfully completed by the Air Force and Navy for hitting moving targets, such as ships, with a high degree of precision, which took place at the Navy's Pacific Missile Range Facility, west of Hawaii. This test comprises a large combination of platforms and systems working in concert, including B-52s, F-18s, and radar aircraft.

Rep. Weldon, care provider urges DHS to aid trauma centers

Article Abstract:

The United States needs to shore up its system of trauma centers in order to respond quickly to any another major terrorist attack. However, the loss of trauma centers will weaken the U.S. health system's ability to address large-scale medical emergencies, and hence the trauma system is to be looked as a part of critical response to terror.

Northrop Grumman ready to move on B-2 Radar Antenna

Article Abstract:

Northrop Grumman would be ready to install advanced new radar antennas on the B-2 stealth bomber when they get funds for the year 2005. The B-2 radar upgrade program would enhance the stealth bomber's ability to operate as part of the military's increasingly integrated force structure.
