Adare Printing

Article Abstract:

Adare Printing has acquired Prontaprint for 24 million pounds sterling and is seeking to boost franchising revenue. Mount Salus, a printing subsidiary, lost a major contract with Microsoft and this affected Adare's share price in Jun 1996. Mount Salus has reduced its work force to 70 employees from 120 employees. Adare may carry out further acquisitions but is concentrating on organic growth. The company's pre-tax profit is forecast at 10.2 million pounds sterling for 1996 to 1997.
