Gaining Control Over the Cost of Business Forms

Article Abstract:

It is important to keep business forms up to date to ensure profits and quality service. Suggestions to gain control over the paper flood include assigning form numbers when printing any form; analyzing the proposed form; constructing an intelligent form design; re-evaluating for obsolescence before reprinting; and determining how the overall objective of the form affects the company's economy. There are over five hundred Certified Forms Consultants (CFCs) to assist in business form planning and evaluation.
