Management at Ease

Article Abstract:

Those who work in a technology-oriented, button-pushing environment need diversion in their recreation activities. Self expression through crafts and hobbies is an outlet in combatting the restrictiveness of automated routines. Interpersonal relations should be nutured in response to the impersonal atmosphere created by computerized equipment. Activities that spark the imagination and curiosity are therapeutic.

Management at Ease

Article Abstract:

In past ages perceptions of the forces of nature and the soul of man were influential concepts. In this century, society turned unsuccessfully to science in its search for the solutions to society's problems. Now the emphasis has shifted again to the potential creative powers hidden in the unconscious mind and to spiritual values in order to cope with the complexities of life.
