Seiko Develops Watch With Voice Recorder

Article Abstract:

The Seiko Voice Note is a watch that is capable of recording and relaying the simulated human voice. It has a recording time that switches between eight and four seconds. This system uses the adaptive delta modulation (ADM) voice analysis and synthesis system, a minature dynamic speaker, a power circuit that handles heavy load driving and three-dimensional high density mounting of its parts.
