ACTV chooses Donnelley's MarketZone for data warehousing

Article Abstract:

ACTV Inc, a digital media company based in New York, NY, has announced that it will use Donnelley Marketing Inc's MarketZone to implement data warehousing and direct marketing services. ACTV intends to use Donnelley services within its SpotON, HyperTV with Livewire and Bottle Rocker Products. MarketZone has been chosen because of its powerful online analysis capability that will allow programmers and advertisers to quickly access aggregate viewer data related to program and promotional offers delivered to HyperTV and Bottle Rocket users.

RR Donnelley Financial and Grafica.eCRM in May 2001 formed a strategic alliance to provide companies with communications solutions including multichannel, integrated marketing and advertising to customized, variable data printing. According to the two firms, the partnership will concentrate first on offering end-to-end marketing solutions for financial services, investment and healthcare companies. The firms will plan and implement customer relationship management solutions among each other's current client base and prospective clients.
