New neighborhood draws move ups

Article Abstract:

The new neighborhood of Belmont in East Cobb County in Atlanta, GA, is attracting many home buyers, 75% of which come from the metropolitan Atlanta area and the remaining 25% come from other states. Belmont has already 113 homes scattered in its 58 acre spread. Developer and builder John Wieland says that Belmont has a beautiful location so that prospective buyers go to the extent of even waiting up for up to a year to get their house. However, Belmont homes are a bit prohibitive due to its above average prices.
