Could this be the era for small business?

Article Abstract:

The pro-business incentives gaining ground in Washington are sure to spur the growth of entrepreneurial businesses. The possible implementation of flat taxes, the privatization of federal government functions, reduced estate taxes and other significant tax cuts are among the prime incentives. The economic advantages that these small businesses bring are significantly greater than any reduction in budget deficit. More jobs mean less allocation for welfare. Consequently, reduced social problems connote a happier, more productive population.
