West Coast regional director for the Recreational Fishing Alliance, Randy Fry was killed by a shark while he and his friend were free diving at the coast of Northern California. His death has caused vacuum in the recreational fishing community.His friends and colleagues have described him as an extroverted person and an effective leader.
