E-Dialog of Lexington, MA, chose to use SPSS Inc's analytic software, comprised of Clementine, a data-mining workbench, and SPSS 10.00 for statistical analysis, to optimize its e-mail marketing and extend client services. With SPSS software, e-Dialog executives believe that they will be able to implement a more efficient and accurate evaluation of customer profiles and online purchasing behaviors that ensures that right messages are reaching the right people.
