Effective strategies for today's retailer

Article Abstract:

Effective marketing in the manufacutured housing sector must take into consideration the image they project in their advertising and the demographics of their customers to increase their sales. The advertising of the manufactured housing sector must focus on value and brand awareness to attract buyers from its predominant customers, the downscale consumers. Downscale consumers are looking for safety and value in their purchases such that manufactured housing businesses who can project these qualities in their advertising are assured of capturing a larger market share.
