The market for manufactured homes in several states is discussed, in California it is suggested that because of population demands manufactured homes will offer a good solution to housing problems. In Delaware legislation has been introduced to support tenant associations.

The Bill (SB 102) passed by the Ohio Manufactured Housing Associations (OMHA) to establish an Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission is presented. This commission aimed at implementing a state based institute and dispute resolution program.
