Telephone systems provider Bizfon has added a live Internet chat feature to its customer contact center and has closed 14% of the total online leads it has generated. The text chat service was installed in Jul 2000. Through the online chat, the company has generated leads that resulted in the compapny issuing quotes for $30,000 worth of products and services to around a dozen potential customers in the first month.
