Article Abstract:

The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBBF) will launch in 2001 a national advertising campaign touting the joys of boating and fishing. The advertising campaign is part of a five-year outreach program as required by the 1998 Sportfishing and Boating Safety Act. The RBBF is aiming the campaign towards family members who are lapsed or infrequent boaters or anglers. RBBF CEO Bruce Matthews says the campaign highlights the symbiotic relationship between boating and fishing.
