New Atkins boss plans radical reorganisation

The author examines WS Atkins' new chief executive Robin Southwell's plan to restructure the construction consulting company's current focus on three areas to 15 operating businesses. Southwell's reorganisation will create a concentration on key markets, including education, defense, and health as opposed to the company's current focus on three fields of expertise.
