Opal Sky taps MicroStrategy for CRM

MicroStrategy offers business intelligence software and related services. Opal Sky is a developer and marketer of enterprisewide customer relationship management solutions for the travel and hospitality industry. OpalSky Travel is expected to leverage MicroStrategy 7's reporting and analysis capabilities.

Mitsubishi campaign sports a new attitude

Mitsubishi Motors Corp of Cypress, CA, has launched a $45-million integrated marketing campaign for its new 2000 Eclipse sports car. The campaign included two direct mail drops of 500,000 each, five commercials running on national and cable TV channels, banner ads on car-related sites and an interactive promotion with Lycos and Pepsi One. The campaign was developed by Deutsch LA.
