Outpost.com revises shipping rates downward

Article Abstract:

Outpost.com has changed its shipping prices for the third time in two months. For orders of $500 or less, the computers and electronics retail site's second-day shipping will begin at $3.95, instead of the previously announced $8.95. Next-day shipping will begin at $5.95, instead of the previously announced $12.95. The company is also considering adding a ground option. The announcement follows the retailer's discontinuation of free overnight delivery for all orders which it had been offering since spring 1999.
